About the role Exciting opportunities have arisen within the Public Transport Authority for experienced Project Managers to develop and grow their skills within our PTA Project Delivery (PPD) Division in the Network Delivery Branch and the Midland Project. Working with highly experienced leadership teams, the primary responsibility for these roles is to manage diverse rail and station infrastructure projects in complex environments, from concept to delivery and commissioning, including the preparation of project scope of works, managing design preparation, creating project documents, providing advice on project and contract management issues, and investigating and reporting on issues and potential risks to project success. The successful applicants will also be required to meet quality and schedule targets while conducting business in a manner compliant with PTA and regulatory requirements. About You! To excel in this role, you should possess: A tertiary qualification in one or more of the following: transport, engineering, or project management, Or Proven project management experience relevant to a multi-disciplinary transport or engineering environment. Knowledge and experience in contract management. Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. Experience in negotiating required outcomes and/or resolve conflicts.
