Qualifications & Experience Must have good IT fundamentals in both Hardware and Software Support Must have experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365 / Windows Server / Active Directory / Microsoft Azure environments Must demonstrate a good understanding of Networking, Computer Hardware and General IT support requirements Must have full time working rights in Australia (40hrs/week) Must have a full current and valid Australian driver's license Tasks & responsibilities Supporting internal staff and our clients with remote and on-site support Providing office based and on on-site assistance and support for customers and senior level engineers Documenting processes and procedures using our in house platforms Providing remote assistance for our IoT installers and Service Technicians Learning and assisting in the building, maintenance and monitoring of hosted environments (Azure / Internal Cloud) What to Expect during your application We hire directly and don't use employment agencies. We look to place any suitable applicant within 3-4 weeks of their initial application depending on their availability. Being an ISO certified company, a background check will be need to be conducted prior to any offer of employment to ensure we abide by our ISO requirement to do so.
